The replacement of a damaged hot water system is one service customers need resolved as soon as possible. No one wants to have a cold shower. She was on her way to work when the incident happened. Our local plumber arranged delivery of the hot water system, installed it and completed the required electrical work. All while she was at work. She was able to come home from work to a new, installed hot water system ready for a hot shower that night.
Problem or Issue
A client rang from Wynnum with an electric Hot Water System that required replacing. A car had hit the hot water system causing extensive damage.
We were happy to supply the owner with quote to replace and install the damaged hot water system for a unit that would service them over a long-time period. Included in the installation quote were valves required in line with the As3500 plumbing regulations.
On acceptance of the quote we arranged a suitable time to complete the installation. As the complete system was outdoors we were able to complete the installation without the customer being home.
We arranged for the new hot water system to be delivered on the day of installation, and our plumber was present to receive delivery. The installation proceeded without a hitch, and as our local plumber has a restricted electrical ticket he could complete the job without the need for an electrician to be present.
The hot water system was replaced within the same day that owner made contact, without needing for her to be home. The customer was very happy that when she came home from work that night the system was installed, with hot water, ready for a hot shower after a day at work.
